The board of the INS shall consist of no less than five members and no more than 7 members. It includes the President, Treasurer and Secretary. The Board is responsible for the organization of the INS, and the management of its affairs. The Board shall see to it that the organization of the accounting and the management of funds include a satisfactory control. The Board has the power to authorize expenditures on behalf of the Association.

Election of the Board

Board members are elected for one year at the Annual General Meeting, by secret ballot. The President, Treasurer and Secretary shall be appointed by the Board. Board members can be re-elected. The Board shall send the nominations for Board members to the members of the INS by mail together with the notice of the Annual General Meeting of members. Further nominations will be accepted from any member entitled to vote at the meeting, if submitted to the members by mail at least two weeks ahead of the AGM. Next AGM expected mid September, 2025.
